Old-fashioned glass...
2 fl oz Lagavulin 16yo Islay single malt whisky
fl oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white

How to make:

DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice) SHAKE again with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

Lemon zest twist

Comment:

Basically an elderflower whisky sour with added interest due to the use of an Islay malt.
