¾ fl oz Lejay Creme de Fraise (Strawberry) Liqueur
fl oz Balsamic vinegar of Modena
1 pinch Black pepper
Top up with Brut Champagne

How to make:

MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.
