How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
- Prepare garnish of thyme sprig.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
1 fl oz | Patrón Reposado tequila |
1/2 fl oz | Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal |
1/3 fl oz | Bigallet Thym |
1/3 fl oz | Chilled water (omit if wet ice) |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
