Ingredients: 30 ml Reposado tequila; 15 ml Bénédictine D.O.M.; 10 ml Mezcal; 10 ml Thyme liqueur; 10 ml Chilled water (omit if wet ice); 2 Saline solution 4:1

How to make:

Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
Prepare garnish of thyme sprig.
STIR all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

1 fl oz	Patrón Reposado tequila
1/2 fl oz	Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
1/3 fl oz	Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
1/3 fl oz	Bigallet Thym
1/3 fl oz	Chilled water (omit if wet ice)
2 drop	Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
