fl oz Dewar's 12 Year Old 'The Ancestor' blended Scotch whisky
fl oz Sipsmith Sloe Gin
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
1 dash La Fée Parisienne Absinthe Superieure
1 dash Angostura Orange Bitters

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.


Luxardo Maraschino cherry


A pleasantly fruity cocktail with equal parts scotch and sloe liqueur shaken with lemon juice and a dash of absinthe.


Adapted form a drink created in the early 20th century by Charlie Mahoney, head bartender at New York’s Hoffman House Hotel.
