DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice). SHAKE again with ice and strain to chilled cocktail glass.

12 fl oz Lejay Creme de Fraise
34 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
13 fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup
12 fl oz Pasteurised egg white
