1 fl oz G. Miclo Kirsch Vieux Eau de Vie
½ fl oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 spoon Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) (2 sugar to 1 water)
1 dash Pasteurised egg white
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

How to make:

DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice). SHAKE again with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.




Under the white head lies a dessert cocktail with aromatic cherry and marzipan flavours.
