1 | fl oz | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
⅙ | fl oz | Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
1 | dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
1 | dash | Angostura Orange Bitters |
Top up with | Soda (club soda) or sparkling water |
How to make: |
SHAKE first 9 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and lightly stir. |

This doesn’t follow classic ‘Singapore Sling’ proportions or ingredients, nor does it follow what the modern day Raffles day hotel claims is the original formula, but it steals elements from all of these to produce a tall, fruity, balanced cocktail. |
