1 fl oz Verdelho madeira (medium dry) 10 year old
¼ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
fl oz Giffard Grenadine Syrup

THROW (pour from one vessel to another from a height) all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
