How to make:
SHAKE first four ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled mug/glass. TOP with ginger beer and crushed ice.
Lime slice and mint sprigs
A dash of bitters adds extra interest to this classic with a dash of ginger liqueur boosting the ginger flavour and adding the merest touch of sweetness to balance the use of bitters.
