fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
¼ fl oz La Fee Parisienne absinthe
fl oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
fl oz Cherry Heering Liqueur
fl oz Campari Bitter
¾ fl oz Freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
½ fl oz Chilled water (omit if wet ice)

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Flamed orange zest twist

Comment:

Absinthe and gin delicately lead this subtle cherry flavoured cocktail. Campari adds more colour than flavour while pink grapefruit freshens.
