Lemon zest twist
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
|1 fl oz||Rutte Old Simon Genever|
|2/3 fl oz||Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky|
|1/4 fl oz||Ginger liqueur|
|1/2 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water)|
|3 drop||Bob's Ginger Bitters|
A genever-based Penicillin, combining malty gin and honey with subtle ginger warmth and plenty of Scottish island peaty character.
