Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
12 oz Beetroot juice
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge.

Review:

Just as the name suggests, only the beetroot pervades this otherwise classic Daiquiri more than the vanilla. Consider using vanilla-infused rum.

Oh wow!! That his is absolutely delicious!! The beetroot and the rum work so well together! I also added a couple of drops of vanilla extract to really get the vanilla flavour, and they all work together. With the lime to balance out the earthiness of the beetroot. This is a fantastic cocktail. Love it.
