1 spoon Pink peppercorns
1 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1 fl oz Skinos Mastiha
¼ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
2 dash Peychaud's Bitters

How to make:

MUDDLE peppercorns in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

3 pink peppercorns

Comment:

Pretty in pink but with a hint of spice and the distinctive Greek flavour of mastiha.
