¾ fl oz Lejay Curacao Bleu (blue curacao) Liqueur
¾ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (Sirop Sucre de Canne)
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Lemon zest twist

Comment:

One orange liqueur, blue curacao, replaces another, triple sec, to give this Sidecar an aquamarine hue.
