Recipe contains the following allergens:
A twist of the classic Vieux Carré with scotch substituting rye whiskey and cherry wine in place of vermouth. The bitter balance is provided by aromatised wine.
Adapted from a recipe created by Georgia Billing at The Looking Glass Cocktail Club in London, England. Georgia's original and authentic recipe calls for Gravino Cherry wine (not cherry brandy), Reina Lab Spiced Rosemary syrup (rather than cinnamon sugar syrup) and the addition of her own Reina Lab Sinner Bitters.
