fl oz Dubonnet Red
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
2 dash Peychaud's Bitters
Top up with Martini Prosecco D.O.C.

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Speared berries (strawberry, blackberry & raspberry)

Comment:

A balance between citrus and berry sweetness forms the heart of this cognac based cocktail.
