½ fl oz Aperol Aperitivo
fl oz Cocchi Americano Bianco
fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
fl oz Freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
2 dash Rhubarb bitters

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Dehydrated grapefruit & rhubarb slice

Comment:

Bittersweet zesty citrus and cognac with aromatic wine.
