fl oz Cognac
½ fl oz Cherry Heering Liqueur
fl oz Disaronno Originale amaretto
½ fl oz Chilled water (omit if wet ice)
1 dash Bob's Chocolate Bitters
1 dash Angostura Orange Bitters

How to make:

STIR first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into glass.

Garnish:

Orange zest twist & Luxardo maraschino cherry sprayed with chocolate bitters

Comment:

A stirred cognac-based after dinner drink with rich cherry notes and subtle almond and chocolate, freshened with orange oils.
