How to make:

MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into chilled glass.

5 fresh Raspberries
1 1/3 fl oz Cognac VSOP
2/3 fl oz Averna Amaro
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Giffard Orgeat Syrup
