Old-fashioned glass...
2 spoon English orange marmalade
1 fl oz Cognac
½ fl oz Bourbon whiskey
½ fl oz Campari Bitter
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 dash Angostura Orange Bitters
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white
fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and serve into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

Orange zest twist (discarded) & orange wedge

Comment:

Bittersweet and citrusy over a backbone of cognac and bourbon.
