1⁄3 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 whole | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
Garnish: Spray with Tapii tea aromatic bitter
*1* Yerba mate and rooibos sugar syrup SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
