1 13 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 oz Cachaça
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
13 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 whole Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative

Garnish: Spray with Tapii tea aromatic bitter

How to make:

*1* Yerba mate and rooibos sugar syrup SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
