How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
| 1 2/3 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca |
| 1/3 fl oz | Cynar or other carciofo amaro |
| 1 fl oz | Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Cream of coconut (e.g. Coco Lopez, Re'al etc.) |

We say: Pineapple juice, lime and coconut cream give this Legacy entry a hint of tiki and somewhat mask the rum. Amaro is the curve ball that makes this drink stand out.
