Is this safe to barrel age at room temp in a 1 liter cask?

Is there a single-serving version of this? If so, I'm not easily finding it...

Hi Peter, the single serve recipe is called 'Manhattan (Sweet)' and should appear in search results if you search for 'Sweet Manhattan'.

Is there any particular reason it's recommended to stir after chilling instead of just adding the necessary dilution beforehand?

I like the theatre and ceremony of stirring even pre-batched cocktails. Helps make more special than just pouring a beer. If you'd prefer to batch with dilution, then add 195ml / 6.5oz of water to above recipe.
