How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Special ingredient #1: Dried apricot infused Demerara sugar syrup
| 2 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca |
| 1/2 fl oz | Commandaria Cypriot Wine |
| 1/2 fl oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
| 1⁄2 gram | Citric acid (10%) solution |
To make Citric acid (10%) solution:
Combine 10 grams of citric acid powder with 100 grams of water. Whisk to dissolve and bottle.
