How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

2/3 fl oz | Americano bianco |
2/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2/3 fl oz | Apple sugar syrup |
4 dash | Ultravaganza Euro Bitters (homemade) |
To make Ultravaganza Euro Bitters (homemade):
Mix 2/3rds Suze gentian liqueur with 1/3 absinthe.
