How to make:
Flambé the rosemary then place into a shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 sprig | Rosemary sprig |
1 2/3 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca |
1/6 fl oz | Kirschwasser (cherry) eau-de-vie |
2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 barspoon | Caster/ Superfine/Baker's special sugar (white) |
1/3 fl oz | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
