How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Special ingredient #1: handmade maui base (taken from a six-hours cold-macerated paste made from lime and chilli demerara sugar)
1 1/2 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca |
1/2 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Negra Superior |
1/2 fl oz | Spiced rum |
1 1/3 fl oz | Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed) |
1 1⁄2 barspoon | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
1 barspoon | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
