Dehydrated grapefruit slice, sea buckthorn seeds, lemon and lime zest twists

How to make:

MUDDLE and lemon ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Estonian Bacardí Legacy 2015 winning cocktail created by Regeri Zoo at Meat Market Cocktail Bar in Tartu, Estonia.
