How to make:
MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
4 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
1 1/2 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca |
1/3 fl oz | Limoncello liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 dash | Pasteurised egg white or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Cocktail foamer (foaming agent) |
