1 fl oz Rabarbaro
3 dash Peychaud's Bitters

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).

Garnish:

Orange zest twist

Comment:

The ingredients might suggest that this cocktail should be stirred – we did try, but it benefits from the dilution and life that shaking imparts. After some elbow grease you’ll have a delicious bittersweet, herbal almond, after dinner drink.
