fl oz Dewar's 12 Year Old 'The Ancestor' blended Scotch whisky
fl oz Warre's Otima 10 Year Old Tawny Port
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed orange juice
¼ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
2 dash Angostura Orange Bitters

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

Orange zest twist (discarded) & rosemary sprig

Comment:

A refreshing Scotch and port wine nightcap, or perhaps a citrusy whisky aperitif. The Scotch and orange combo puts this drink in the same camp as the classic Blood & Sand.
