How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
*Special ingredient #1: Sorrel water made by blending 100g sorrel with 70ml water, fine strain.
1 1/2 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca |
2/3 fl oz | Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed) |
2/3 fl oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
1/2 fl oz | Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) |
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 dash | Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters |
