Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Kwai Feh lychee liqueur
1 oz Bols Blue Curaçao
4 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare orange slice for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with orange slice.

30ml Lychee Liqueur, 45ml Grapefruit, mix and top up with tonic water, add 1 tsp blue curacao. Very delightful and easy to drink.

And it's not the best of cocktails. Perhaps I was overly generous rating this 3.5/5?
