¾ | fl oz | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
¼ | fl oz | Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
1 | dash | Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters |
1 | dash | Angostura Orange Bitters |
½ | fresh | Pasteurised egg white |
How to make: |
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into ice-filled glass. |
