Serve in

Rocks glass...
2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
½ fl oz Pierre Ferrand Curacao
¾ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
1 dash Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
1 dash Angostura Orange Bitters
½ fresh Pasteurised egg white

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

Orange zest twist

Comment:

A floral orangey riff on a vodka sour.

Adapted from a recipe created by Tess Posthumus, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Tess’ original recipe called for orange syrup rather than orange curacao and sugar syrup.
