5/6 fl oz | Orange Curaçao liqueur |
5/6 fl oz | Strucchi Rosso Vermouth |
2 dash | Bob's Lavender Bitters |
1 2/3 fl oz | Thomas Henry Ginger Ale |
1 2/3 fl oz | Cola (e.g. Coca-Cola or Pepsi) |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
- Prepare garnish of lemon, orange & strawberry slices, mint sprig & borage.
- POUR all ingredients into glass.
- Half fill glass with ice.
- Add a citrus slice and a couple of mint leaves from garnish.
- Fill to brim with ice.
- Finish with rest of garnish.

Review:
Despite being in a relatively small proportion to all the other ingredients in this summery cocktail, tequila's distinctive notes shine through in the finished drink. We've used a reposado tequila but the drink works equally well, and slightly differently, with a blanco or añejo tequilas.
