Review:

A dry, bitter aperitif-style riff on the classic French 75. Try with a splash more champagne than suggested in the recipe and/or a spoon of sugar syrup.

History:

Created in 2017 by Regis Laacher at Kremlin, Paris, France. we says of his drink, "Basically, a twist of the classic French 75. By adding Lillet Rouge and Suze without simple syrup, you make the drink bitter and dry, the perfect appetizer to start a night out or to kick a party."
