How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube of block ice). Note: Bryson’s original recipe called for Uncouth Vermouth Apple Mint but as this is hard to obtain in Europe we substituted dry vermouth.
1 fl oz | Caorunn Gin |
1 fl oz | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
1 fl oz | St. George Spiced Pear liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Cucumber sugar syrup |
