How to make:
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with the ice and sine strain into chilled glass. TOP with sparkling water and briefly stir.

1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 1/3 fl oz | Carbonated/Sparkling/Selzer mineral water |
