1⅔ fl oz Caorunn Small Batch Scottish Gin
3⅓ fl oz Pressed apple juice
5 fresh Mint leaves
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fl oz Runny honey

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).


Mint leaves, dehydrated apple & elderflowers (when in season)
