How to make:
MUDDLE peas in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

The light green colour comes from the sugar snap peas and their delicate flavour sits well in this floral Aviation-style cocktail.
History:
Created in 2018 by Gareth "G" Franklin, Luxardo global brand ambassador, this cocktail was originally called Howard Hughes, but given the recipe includes sugar snap peas, G thought "Oh! Snap" more appropriate.

- 20.1 grams of pure alcohol
