1 spoon Ginger jam
fl oz Bacardi Ocho Anos
½ fl oz Bourbon whiskey
½ fl oz Suze gentian liqueur
fl oz Freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
3 dash Angostura Orange Bitters
fl oz Egg white

How to make:

STIR jam and grapefruit juice in base of shaker until jam dissolves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
