How to make:
SHAKE (briefly) all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
| 1 fl oz | Grain Scotch whisky |
| 1/3 fl oz | Pinot Noir red wine |
| 1/3 fl oz | Giffard Fraise des Bois liqueur |
| 1/3 fl oz | Vanilla sugar syrup |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| Top up with | Prosecco sparkling wine |

History:
Created in 2018 by Robb Collins, Group Head Bartender at London Cocktail Club, London, England, who says this is a "Beautiful drink for Christmas, long, fruity and refreshing, and of course a nice touch of bubbles."
