How to make:

2 1/2 fl oz | Amontillado sherry |
3/4 fl oz | Yellow Chartreuse liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Framboise/raspberry eau-de-vie |
2 dash | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |

Review:
Raspberry notes hit your palate first, followed by Chartreuse influenced sherry. Fruity yet spirit-forward and complex.
History:
The Glee Club Cocktail first appeared in Tim Daly's 1903 Daly's Bartenders' Encyclopedia and comprised "2 dashes of orange bitters, 1 dash of yellow Chartreuse, 1 dash of maraschino, 1 wine glass of raspberry wine."
This recipe, adapted from one by Jack McGarry at New York's Dead Rabbit, uses framboise eau-de-vie in place of raspberry wine.
