Ingredients:
1 23 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
23 oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry
16 oz Americano bianco
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of cocktail onion.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Marvelous pre-dinner cocktail. The herbal of the gin and Americano were perfect. The Sherry just added more aperitivo hints.

Gotta go with the ingredients you have. This was really good with Manzanilla and Cocchi Rosa.

I agree. I used Amontillado and Cocchi Bianco. Way more going on than I'd expected.
