Serve in a Nick & Nora glass
| 1 2⁄3 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 2⁄3 oz | Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry |
| 1⁄6 oz | Americano bianco |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
- Prepare garnish of cocktail onion.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
