Ingredients:
1 oz Amaro (e.g. Averna)
12 oz Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Very satisfying! Reminiscent of a fruit juice with a soft, boozy zing, this is a great warming drink with layers of flavours. Just right on a cold and snowy afternoon. ??

Maybe just a touch on the sweet side, but very enjoyable.
