How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).
|1 fl oz||Rutte Dry Gin|
|3/4 fl oz||Punt E Mes or other full-bodied vermouth|
|3/4 fl oz||Italian red bitter liqueur|
|1/4 fl oz||Dutch Cacao white crème de cacao|
|6 drop||Bob's Chocolate bitters|
The chocolate in this riff on a classic Negroni seems to boost the orange notes in the Italian red bitter liqueur.
