2 fl oz | Speyburn 10yo Speyside single malt |
1/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2/3 fl oz | Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) |
1/3 fl oz | Chilled water |
