How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
2 fl oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) (infused with vanilla) |
1/4 fl oz | Hazelnut liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Dutch Cacao white crème de cacao |
1/12 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1/3 fl oz | Chilled water (omit if wet ice) |
4 drop | Bob's Vanilla bitters |
