Dehydrated Orange slice wheel
How to make:
MUDDLE cherries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|4 unit||Maraschino cherry (from jar in syrup)|
|3/4 fl oz||Speyside single malt Scotch whisky|
|3/4 fl oz||Blood orange liqueur|
|3/4 fl oz||Lillet Rouge|
|1/2 fl oz||Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/4 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|2 dash||Orange Bitters by Angostura|
This riff on a classic Blood & Sand is indeed a tad on the tart side, but tasty and refreshing.
