Sprinkle dried rose blossom on the surface of the cocktail
How to make:
Drip one drop of bitters on each side of the sugar cube plus 2 more drops on the last face [one each for luck]. Drop the bitters-soaked sugar cube into a chilled glass, then pour other ingredients over cube.

|1/3 fl oz||St-Germain elderflower liqueur|
|4 fl oz||Brut Champagne|
Elderflower and dry sparkling wine are a match made in heaven with the bitters-soaked cube seasoning the cocktail with faint bittersweet pineapple and lavender.
